1. What is mental performance training?
Quite simply we are all performers. I teach strategies that will put you in position to perform at your best (even under the worst conditions).
2. When is the best time to start?
Honestly most athletes come to me when their performance is struggling. Words like "lost" and "spiraling" are often used. My goal is to give you the strategies to understand the ups and downs of performance and become more consistent. The offseason/preseason is the best time to learn the strategies so you are fully ready to implement them during the season.

3. It sounds good for other people but will it work for me?
My approach doesn't guarantee success. This is why I do a free consultation with all athletes. I want to meet the needs of each athlete and sometimes that means recommending a different person.

4. How much does it cost?
Current pricing is $50 per zoom call. Most athletes get into a really solid place with 4-5 calls. Each call last 40-60 min.

I have some clients that do monthly follow up calls for months/years after the initial sessions.
