College Women's Lacrosse

At the end of my freshman season, I had gotten to the point where I didn't think I was going to get myself to step back onto a field. I was so mentally beat up and drained that the idea of doing another season- going through the anxieties, the pressure, the fear of failure- almost completely stopped me from playing the sport that I used to love and enjoy. That was until I met Sean and began to learn from his ONE Mental Performance program.
Each session my mental endurance grew, and I felt the anxiety and pressure that used to weigh me down start to disappear. I used his tactics during practices, drills, warm up and plays throughout each game. His teaching tactics and lessons have continued to help me on and off the field, and I cannot thank Sean enough. Without him, I don't know where I would be as an athlete today.
